The Zulu is one of my favorite pipe shapes with its beautiful curving lines! A proper taper from the bottom of the bowl and shank transition coupled with the parabolic bowl shape give this pipe a very nice balance. For the finish after dying it coal black I gave some relief to the texture to really make the grain stand out. The hand cut mouthpiece/stem is very beautiful, comfortable and has a perfect even controlled draw for an exceptional pipe smoking experience!
